    Greek Yogurt Bagel

    1 cup flour

    1 1/2 tsp baking powder

    1/4 tsp salt

    1 cup Greek Yogurt

    Ingredients

    1. Preheat convection microwave 375F, line baking sheet with parchment paper
    2. Mix dry ingredients with yogurt, mix until it forms a shaggy dash
    3. Knead on floured surface for 2-3 min until smooth
    4. Divide into four equal parts
    5. Roll each portion into a rope about 6-8 min long and connect ends to form a bagel shape.
    6. Place them on baking sheet
    7. Brush each bagel with egg wash (1 egg beaten)
    8. Add seed topping
    9. Bake for 10-18min or until light brown
